Excitement as never before!!!

Apart from things that are personally associated with you, have you ever been excited and eagerly waited for things that occur globally? Some may say yes, for a gadget release, some may say for a movie and some may say for a sporting event. But have you ever been so excited and eagerly waited for a music album launch? Not many would have, even if they had it would not been of this magnitude!!

Yes, I am talking about the buzz around the globe for the Endhiran music launch. I had never been so excited for a music launch event and I am sure most of you guys too would be of same state of mine. Last time I was in this mood was when Sivaji movie released. This time it is not for a movie launch rather it is for a music launch itself.

All this is because of one man in the picture, Mr.Rajinikanth, only he is capable of generating such a huge charisma and hype in the Indian cinema. Now that the Sun pictures, A.R. Rahman and Shankar in this project the expectation meter has even more increased. But the epicentre of this excitement is Rajinikanth.

I, as a true fan of Tamil cinema, am very happy that we have got such a man present in our industry. I personally feel so happy when I hear or read any news about him and I go mad when I see him on the screen. Thank you Rajnikanth for giving me the pleasure of being happy, which I feel is the worthless thing, the entire world is striving for!! The excitement, which I had when I saw Dharmadurai in my childhood, has not reduced till now.

With just a day to go, any activity in the Endhiran camp is being buzzed around the print & internet media. Personally for the past few days I used to check the Tamil movie buzz sites like behindwoods once in every 2 hours for an update about the movie or music launch.

Currently I am in Sydney, so I cannot enjoy the real buzz happening in Tamilnadu or in Malaysia. But this has not reduced anything associated for a Rajini movie in me. I am sure most of the people around the globe agree in this... wherever you are, Rajini movies are meant to be enjoyed the way it should be.. and Rajini movie’s first day first show is going to be a precious and it will not change with respect to the place you be... Be it a normal theatre in a remote village of Tamilnadu or a multiplex complex of a foreign nation.. be it a daily labour in a factory or a senior manager in a MNC company.. be it a 5 year old kid or a 60+ year old man.. when it is comes to Rajini movie the excitement never changes....

With all this in picture, I wish that the music does match the expectation and become a huge hit!! Can’t wait for 31st July evening... go Rajinkanth...

Cricket to start of

After a gap of almost a year here i am to blog again. Thou, I always wanted to continue the blogging, the mother of all obstacles, laziness, always had a great control on me. Even now I am not sure whether I have overcome the obstacle, but certainly have bypassed it at this point of time. I don’t want to write any articles straight away, so decided to write about the weekend
activity.

Our company has organized for a cricket tournament between the fellow mates, we 9 people formed a team and nominated for it. Ravi captained the team and Vijay was treated as a coach. I enjoyed the small role of tail ender. Most of us were keen on the tournament for one reason, free food. I had too much of expectation on the food, because the last time, when there was a get together, the food was great. I certainly don’t want to miss a good Indian food in Sydney. Vijay, Subhani and Ravi were too keen on the tournament. Vijay was so involved, that he woke up at 6AM in the morning, the one thing, which you can’t expect to see from Vijay.

We were in the spot at 5 to 9, but we were the only one who were there. Around 9:30, the organizers came, pls note that the match should start at 9, only to let us know that we need to find a good ground (park) nearby to play. J It took us around 10 to find the ground. The other teams arrived at 10:30 and the ball arrived at 11AM. J meanwhile, Vijay and Ravi, spoke to the organizers and made sure that we are not playing in the best team in the first match.

First match was good, were we scored 85 and won by 22 runs. Thanks to Rajesh, for making the match interesting by bowling 6 wides, free hit, many runs and finally a invalid over. Some how we won it and went to Semi’s. It party time. Yes we went to have snacks, but it was already finished by Sajjad, Rajjev, Ramya and Priya. J so the kids and other never had a taste of it.

While the other teams were playing, some football players game to push us away. Only then we realised that it is a pay and use ground. Then many roamed around to search grounds, while myself and others waited patiently not for ground but for food. Food did arrived at 1:30PM, but for a greater disappointment. Because the variety and quality for bad.

Then went on to play the semi’s against the team, to whom we should have played the first match. We batted first to score just 49. But our bowling and fielding was tight so we made it tough for them to chase. Last over 12 runs to score. Subhani bowled it. fist 5 balls went for 6. So last ball 6 to win, he bowled a wide. Then went on to bowl a full toss and it went high in the air and rajesh caught it in deep, but the clash and fight happened there, where the opposite team claimed it to be a six, but we claimed it as a out. Flight was vigorous were no one was there for solution.

Finally we decided to pull out, only bos we were in no mood to play the next match, finals J this is mainly because we came for food and we had it. while leaving we went on to crab the champing bottles, which was supposed to be given to winners J

Whatever it is, I enjoyed the day to the max I can. With lot of fight, food, tease etc...

India, don't betray your child...

If there is any event that needs to be remembered as the positive side of the most terrible year, 2008, then it has to be the way in which the 2008 Olympics was organized by China. The entire world was amazed by the best ever games given by China. Many Indians not only agreed on it but also said proudly that India too can host a similar kind of world class event and prove that India is not far behind china in conducting world class events too. I was one among those mighty Indians. We all thought that it is good that India has bagged the 2010 commonwealth games and India will use this as a medium to showcase our abilities to the entire world. We all were hopping and was eagerly waiting to see what does my country going to offer to this world.

But what we seeing today is comes as a biggest disappointment to all those Indians who sang the song of India. The comments passed by CWG games chief, chairman and delay in the grounds for the games, preparation for the games makes us to fee that we don’t have the talent to conduct any world class events. But in reality I feel that the case is not about having talent to conduct these type of games, but it is about having good management to conduct these type of events. If we have all corrupted politicians and corrupted officers in the games organizing team then these things are bound to happen. India has to realize this game is one of the important medium available to prove our capability and get better stand in the world and also bid for other major events like Olympics. Indian government should pull this out and do it in the best way. By doing so it will not only increase India’s imagine but also make fellow citizens like me to sing the song of India proudly and loudly.

As a mighty Indian let us wish India turn this one around and come out with flying colours.

The battle is still on, but in a different venue....

Years ago, kings battled, in land, for fame. As the time passed by the mode of battle changed. It is no longer a battle of blood and life, rather it is from on field battle to sports field battle, from currency power to oil power. But the motto of the battle, fame, has not changed and I presume that it will not change any time sooner. The latest addition to battle mode is the space war, which was dominated by the Americans and the Russians, in 20th century. USA’s NASA had been the commanding authority to whatever happens in space. They dominated such that all the space findings were patented to their name and the rest of the world followed them.

We are not sure whether the 21st century is going to be same as 20th century, but in space research it is not going be. With just about 8 years passed in the century, we have already started to witness a shift in power in this area. Yes, the power shift is from USA and Russia to China and India. With China moving towards building more powerful satellites and allocating more funds to their space research and India’s successful satellite upgrades and moon mission, one can certainly say that the space war’s gravity is on India and China.

World’s strongest belief, one of the driest component of the universe is moon, was proved wrong by the India’s maiden moon mission Chandrayan-I. Chandrayan-I’s finding of water molecules in moon has shocked pioneer astronauts and the space dominants. Months ago when world, local media and critics criticised ISRO, when they announced that Chandrayan-I stopped functioning in space. Now the same set of people is praising the same team for their marvellous findings. This finding has not only got fame to India’s space department but also sent a strong signal to the world that in the race to next super power, India is on par with China in space department too, which is offcourse a bad signal to China.

With growing tension in Indo-china border and in political wing of both countries, experts see this as a major heap to India. As a normal Indian, it is a matter of pride to for us too. Now that the world has turned towards us with this, we should capitalise the opportunity and grow as much as we can to make this 21st century not American’s or Russian’s or Chinese’s rather it is of Indian’s. For this not only the Indian government but also the Indians has to work harder. After all, the path to glory is not easy. In this battle for fame, no matter whether we win or lose, I think the activities done by the rulers should be in such a way that it benefits the common man and improves his living standard.

As we slowly march towards into the 21st century, let us hope that we Indians will get a time to proudly say “I belong to a developed country”.

Buzzing again.

After very long time, I am back to buzz here.... This time from a different time zone, Sydney.
After a long fight with my apartment owner, I got the Internet connections, not that I never surfed Internet so far, it is just that I don't had my own.

Well, Sydney is nice, not a great climate, but with lot of immigrants. One can hardly see Aussies here. Mechanical life. Not as good as UK. 30+ store buildings, opera house, harbour bridge etc.. lot of buzzing activities..

After a long break with laziness, I am here to write solid articles again.. Will release one every week starting this week. Some of the topic I have shortlisted are
1) Aftermath in BJP.
2) Review of Indian and world economy.
3) Some philosophy
4) Review of 100+ days of UPA govt.
5) Some patent ideas of mine...

and many more.... so watch this space... any other suggestions and topics are welcome..

See you soon with an article.

Wow… What a weekend it was!!!

I am writing this post with full of happiness and tiredness, the reason for both is the weekend enjoyment. Pizza, KFC chicken, night stay, drive, hangout, restaurants, laugh, enjoyment, tease and what not.. it was a fun packed weekend. Let me brief…

Beautiful and pleasant Friday…..

The show started with Eswar’s treat in Nalas, even though the bill was not as high as I expected, the fun I had was more than I expected. I made Eswar to eat a new aged biriyani , which had the mixture of 7up and Count milk J. Musthak did not contribute much because avnuikku pichukichi…J

Then dinner in Pizza hut with Sajjad and night stay with him in Srini’s house. Both were sweat in its own way. We discussed a lot … some laugh and advices were there.

Enthralling Saturday

Saturday morning was pleasant as I went to lot of temples. Afternoon and evening was even better, I was busy shopping reception suit for Sajjad. We went to lot of places, but I would say Raymonds was the best, they had very good collection and varieties from jothpuries to suits to dinner suits, which confused Sajjad’s mind, because of which we went back without buying anything.

From there I headed to Rajaram’s house for a quick dinner and chat. It is nice to see your friend’s family and enjoy dinner with them. Chappathi with daal, which tasted similar to the one I used to have in their house in UK.

Then headed to the peak event of the day, the meet of the titans. I meet KP, Ganesh and Ramesh, my school mates. This meet was not at all in my schedule. We went to Madhura restaurant and we were eating literally till the owner pushed us to leave. We were literally laughing the whole night passing comments about each other and the girls out there in the restaurant. What a night it was!!!

From 11:30PM to 1:00AM I had the all important call with Fahad and Vijay.

Romantic and enjoyable Sunday

The day started late at 12PM with hot mutton kuruma and idilies. After lunch from the hands of my sweat amma, I went to KP’s house and again Ganesh joined us to head to shopping in Spencers, thou we did not buy anything, we had nice burgers and chicken in KFC. Those were yummy.

At 6:30 PM, I headed to another peak event, the meet at BARBQUE nations, man it was awesome to have your long dream full filled. The place and the music band were great. Ashok was at his best. Eswar and myself was teasing each other as usual and Rash got lost in band’s music. I recommend this place for any kind of party, the ambience; food and music were simply super. I had lot of fun. We literally danced sitting ….and as usual Ashok and Eswar teased myself and Rash…. We completed the dinner at 10 and myself and Rash spend some time in Somasundram grounds before heading to my sweat bed J….

It was an amazing weekend, exactly the one I wanted before I leave to Australia. Till I get the next chance to enjoy like this …. let me sign off
