India, don't betray your child...
If there is any event that needs to be remembered as the positive side of the most terrible year, 2008, then it has to be the way in which the 2008 Olympics was organized by China. The entire world was amazed by the best ever games given by
But what we seeing today is comes as a biggest disappointment to all those Indians who sang the song of

The battle is still on, but in a different venue....
We are not sure whether the 21st century is going to be same as 20th century, but in space research it is not going be. With just about 8 years passed in the century, we have already started to witness a shift in power in this area. Yes, the power shift is from USA and Russia to China and India. With China moving towards building more powerful satellites and allocating more funds to their space research and India’s successful satellite upgrades and moon mission, one can certainly say that the space war’s gravity is on India and China.
World’s strongest belief, one of the driest component of the universe is moon, was proved wrong by the India’s maiden moon mission Chandrayan-I. Chandrayan-I’s finding of water molecules in moon has shocked pioneer astronauts and the space dominants. Months ago when world, local media and critics criticised ISRO, when they announced that Chandrayan-I stopped functioning in space. Now the same set of people is praising the same team for their marvellous findings. This finding has not only got fame to India’s space department but also sent a strong signal to the world that in the race to next super power, India is on par with China in space department too, which is offcourse a bad signal to China.
With growing tension in Indo-china border and in political wing of both countries, experts see this as a major heap to India. As a normal Indian, it is a matter of pride to for us too. Now that the world has turned towards us with this, we should capitalise the opportunity and grow as much as we can to make this 21st century not American’s or Russian’s or Chinese’s rather it is of Indian’s. For this not only the Indian government but also the Indians has to work harder. After all, the path to glory is not easy. In this battle for fame, no matter whether we win or lose, I think the activities done by the rulers should be in such a way that it benefits the common man and improves his living standard.
As we slowly march towards into the 21st century, let us hope that we Indians will get a time to proudly say “I belong to a developed country”.

Wow… What a weekend it was!!!
I am writing this post with full of happiness and tiredness, the reason for both is the weekend enjoyment. Pizza, KFC chicken, night stay, drive, hangout, restaurants, laugh, enjoyment, tease and what not.. it was a fun packed weekend. Let me brief…
Beautiful and pleasant Friday…..
The show started with Eswar’s treat in Nalas, even though the bill was not as high as I expected, the fun I had was more than I expected. I made Eswar to eat a new aged biriyani , which had the mixture of 7up and Count milk J. Musthak did not contribute much because avnuikku pichukichi…J
Then dinner in Pizza hut with Sajjad and night stay with him in Srini’s house. Both were sweat in its own way. We discussed a lot … some laugh and advices were there.
Enthralling Saturday
Saturday morning was pleasant as I went to lot of temples. Afternoon and evening was even better, I was busy shopping reception suit for Sajjad. We went to lot of places, but I would say Raymonds was the best, they had very good collection and varieties from jothpuries to suits to dinner suits, which confused Sajjad’s mind, because of which we went back without buying anything.
From there I headed to Rajaram’s house for a quick dinner and chat. It is nice to see your friend’s family and enjoy dinner with them. Chappathi with daal, which tasted similar to the one I used to have in their house in UK.
Then headed to the peak event of the day, the meet of the titans. I meet KP, Ganesh and Ramesh, my school mates. This meet was not at all in my schedule. We went to Madhura restaurant and we were eating literally till the owner pushed us to leave. We were literally laughing the whole night passing comments about each other and the girls out there in the restaurant. What a night it was!!!
From 11:30PM to 1:00AM I had the all important call with Fahad and Vijay.
Romantic and enjoyable Sunday
The day started late at 12PM with hot mutton kuruma and idilies. After lunch from the hands of my sweat amma, I went to KP’s house and again Ganesh joined us to head to shopping in Spencers, thou we did not buy anything, we had nice burgers and chicken in KFC. Those were yummy.
At 6:30 PM, I headed to another peak event, the meet at BARBQUE nations, man it was awesome to have your long dream full filled. The place and the music band were great. Ashok was at his best. Eswar and myself was teasing each other as usual and Rash got lost in band’s music. I recommend this place for any kind of party, the ambience; food and music were simply super. I had lot of fun. We literally danced sitting ….and as usual Ashok and Eswar teased myself and Rash…. We completed the dinner at 10 and myself and Rash spend some time in Somasundram grounds before heading to my sweat bed J….
It was an amazing weekend, exactly the one I wanted before I leave to Australia. Till I get the next chance to enjoy like this …. let me sign off

Most Probably the last weekend in India for the year 2009…..
Most Probably the last weekend in India for the year 2009…..
Now that it is almost certain I will be taking off to Sydney coming Friday. The situation is turning out to make this as my last weekend in India in this year. I am planning to utilize this weekend to the max I can and enjoy the place and things which I love the most. On Friday, I am planning to spend time with my Satyam friends having lunch in Nala’s appa kadai. This will be the perfect start to the enjoyment. Well this is Eswar’s last day in Satyam, so he has planned to make it as a treat. So I should make sure that I utilize this opportunity to tease him and to make him to pay a huge amount. After that I might hang out with friends probably in hearts or beach. Mostly should spend time with Sajjad. It has been really a long time since I spend some time with him alone. Saturday I should start with some temples and go out for shopping with Sajjad, this time it is for even more interesting occasion, to buy the marriage suit for him. J Nice right J Evening probably should spend some time with Prasad or go out to Raj’s house, yet to decide on that. Again I should start the Sunday with temples then stretch it out for a nice non vegetarian lunch in home and then plan for besi beach or bar b queue nations or hang out with Prasad.
Some other stuffs which I need to feed in is a movie, spend time in my favorite location in Chennai, boat stop near marina shores, besi beach and some driving in Honda Activa. Some more chapters in the novel, etc.,
Let me see how many things I can do… fingers crossed J

Life without this ancient technology….
Yesterday I gave my spectacles for a lens replacement. Since it takes a day to replace it, I was forced to wear my old spectacles, which I hate to wear, because its design replicates Gasndhi’s spectacle. Most of the time I used to remove it and roam around with my naked eyes,J. Today, I decided to walk without my spectacles from the second block of my office to the first block, which will cover at least a distance of half a kilometer. Well I would say thou I could manage to do it, I could not see any objects clearly. I could figure out a person but can’t clearly sketch his face, I could figure a pillar in front of me but not the design on it, I could see some notice on the boards but not the characters on it. For a movement I thought what would have happen to my life if this spectacles is not available, well I could not imagine. Yes this ancient technology has made my life normal even thou I am not normal. Thanks you spectacles.
